For our important client, big international company we are searching suitable candidates for the position

 Cash Collections Agent with German and English


  • 0-2 years relevant experience 
  • Previous OTC B2B experience, preferably handling large Collection/Disputes Resolution portfolios
  • Experience with accounting systems; SAP would be a plus
  • Competent Microsoft Office user: Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Written and spoken ability to communicate in German for client interaction (C1 Proficiency required - CEFR standards)
  • Written and spoken ability to communicate in English for company interaction
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be effective with company management, team members and client
  • Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise and schedule workload
  • Reliable, active approach striving for process improvement
  • Responsibility, accuracy
  • Team player


Job Description:

  • You reach out to customers to collect payment for overdue bills, loans, or other payments
  • You act as the liaison between creditors and customers and manages overdue accounts
  • Ensuring that correct resolutions are found and involve appropriate areas in resolving problems when needed
  • Actively participating in preventive maintenance, by documenting common problems and scripts for customer support in the Service Desk knowledge base
  • Demonstrating understanding of the customer’s business needs and achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Developing and improving your product knowledge, business- and professional skills
