Executive Support Coordinator with German and English

Requirements:

  • Upper Intermediate level of German and English – both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of Outlook email and calendar, Word, Excel and internet
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer oriented, critical thinking, ability to find creative solutions

 

Job Description:

Executive Support provides professional executive and administrative support to Austrian, Swiss and German company Managing Directors in a virtual environment

 

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management, coordinating daily schedule for German speaking Managing Directors
  • Organizing / Coordinating meetings, events, conference calls, video-conferences
  • Managing travel arrangements
  • Coordination with internal as well as external parties
  • Develop relationships with executives’ clients and their Executive Support Analysts
