Team Assistant - Prague

For our important client, we are searching suitable candidates for the position

Team Assistant


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, or in other secretarial position
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality



  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
  • Managing and maintaining electronic and hard copy files + maintaining an electronic and hard copy archive for legal team of 20 people
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders for 4 managers + team
  • Make travel arrangements (flights, visas and accommodation, billing;) for 4 managers + team 
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs organizing team meetings, etc.
  • Invoices maintenance (system, approvals)
  • Taking care of attendance of the team in the system
  • Mainly office management and team support
