Executive Assistant 

Requirements:

  • Native speaker/ Excellent level of German - both written and spoken
  • Fluent English - both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet is required
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Professional way of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills

 

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support provides professional executive and administrative support to Austrian, Swiss and German company Managing Directors in a virtual environment
  • Coordinating daily work agenda for German speaking TOP managers
  • Assisting with scheduling of appointments
  • Arranging conference calls or video conferences
  • Planning daily agenda for managers (booking flights, taxi, hotels, etc.)
