Supply Chain Coordinator with German and English

Requirements:

  • German - written and spoken
  • English -  written and spoken
  • Client oriented approach
  • Good communication skills

Preferred:

  • Daily use of Microsoft Excel is an advantage
  • SAP - knowledge is an advantage
  • Background in logistics or planning is preferred

 

Job Description:

  • Ensure optimal stock availability for hospitals across Europe and Middle East through raising POs, vendor management and direct liaison with Hospital Operations teams
  • Ensure stock levels are accurately maintained
  • Manage the Equipment set-up and maintenance (both planned and emergency)
  • Serve as a key contact for the hospital staff for unplanned outages and issue resolution
  • Material replenishment
  • Product catalogue maintenance
  • Equipment service management
  • Inventory reconciliation
  • Stock levels maintenance
  • Invoicing and invoice issue resolution
  • Complaints handling & follow-up
