Business Development Manager - Prague

For our client – Czech company focused on the commercial real estate market – we are looking for Business Development Manager

In order to support the growing team, we are looking for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER who will be involved particularly in the following:

  • Execution of acquisitions of real estate projects and M&A deals
  • Complex Executive Management of all the stages of the property development (from the very first draft through all kind of negotiation up to the completion of a task/deal)
  • Improving valuations yields, vacancy rates and tenants default rates
  • Negotiations and dealings (financial loan agreements, different types of funding, etc.)
  • Co-management of a team of people responsible for complex property management, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Efficient, appropriate and independent management of daily agenda:
    • Creating and updating documents, flyers, reports, databases and presentations for potential new clients and turning this into increased business
    • Running errands, inspections of leased premises, supervising quality of provided services
    • Identifying new opportunities
  • Efficient and prompt operation in an entrepreneurial environment, driven by creativity and initiative

 

We require:

  • Fluency in both Czech and English (fluency in German is an advantage)
  • University degree in Economics or Engineering
  • Several years experiences on similar position
  • Deep understanding of local commercial real estate market
  • Significant experience with commercial leasing and acquisitions of real estate assets agreements
  • Strong organizational skills with efficient approach to time management
  • Stress resistant person, ability to make quick and appropriate decisions
  • Strong negotiation and written and verbal communication skills
  • Precise, systematic and well-organized mind
  • The person should be independent, a self-starter, a business developer, have a strong analytical background, bringing strength and professionalism to the team

 

Desired Skills:

  • Candidate should have extensive experience and deep knowledge of the real estate market
  • Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Selling to Customer Needs, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Professionalism
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office and/or other similar software
