Application Administrator - Prague

For our client an international company operating in IT we are searching for a candidate for a position:

Application Administrator

Requirements:

  • Windows administration skills
  • Linux administration skills (CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu)
  • Relevant experience on same position at least 2 years
  • Very good network knowledge ( DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Advanced in SQL databases
  • English on B2/C1 level
  • High school with graduation
  • Desire to educate
  • Proactivity
  • Independency

Nice to have: 

  • Knowledge of SMTP, IMAP, POP3, FTP, HTTP protocols
  • Knowledge of S/MIME

 

Responsibilities:

  • Installation, Configuration and Maintanance of Linux/Windows Servers
  • Administration of Servers
  • 3rd Level Support to our Partners
  • Maintain and ensure high-availability on server or application level
  • Cooperate with other departments (Development,QA,Pre-Sales)
